At Vape Dubai, customer service is a key focus. As a result, we must explain our return policy and warranty. Within 7 days of the received date, you may return damaged items as your tracking information indicates. Our policy covers any products that are defective from the manufacturer, items that arrive dead on arrival, and items that do not match the description on the website.
Our insurance does not cover items that have been damaged due to misuse or improper care! Please email us at info@vape-dubai.com if you have any questions about the products you received. You can use this to get detailed information on your goods as well as necessary care guidelines. We are delighted to assist you. YouTube, on the other hand, is a huge resource for whatever you need help with.
A return label will be issued if you receive the incorrect item(s) or if an item is DOA. After contacting us, please return the product to our Returns address within 7 days of the shipping date.
We will inspect and evaluate your product whenever we receive it. If the item(s) purchased are found to be damaged, we will gladly send out a replacement at no charge, as long as the merchandise is available. If the item is not available, you will be refunded using the same method of payment that you used to make your online purchase. Else, If it is discovered that your goods are fully functional during testing, we reserve the right to return them or provide a shop credit.
All goods that came with your item must be returned, including starters kits and bundles that come in sets. Please also include the packaging that your product came in if it is still available.
Exceptions apply to all returns on a case-by-case basis. If you have an issue with your items, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Pack your items safely in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Please include your name, address, and order number in your message.

Please allow 10 days for your account to be charged once the return was shipped. Also, the credit will reflect on your statement within 1-to 2 billing cycles.
